O形圈安裝設計
1、O形圈安裝在溝槽內時,應允許它有一定的膨脹空間。通常,允許的膨脹率在靜密封中約為15%,在動密封中約為8%。對于不同類型的溝槽,其適用范圍也不同。常用的溝槽形式有三種:
三角溝槽
常用于發(fā)蘭和端蓋上的密封。其缺點是制造困難,且供O形圈膨脹的空間非常小。

梯形溝槽
僅推薦用于O形圈截面直徑大于2.5mm的某些特殊場合。例如為保持O形圈的頂部安裝,就可以考慮做成梯形溝槽形式。

2.溝槽加工精度及表面要求
通常被密封表面和溝槽表面不允許存在小的溝槽、劃痕、凹坑、同心或螺旋狀的加工痕跡。對動配合,其表面要求比靜配合更高。
